Newett & Newett (No 9) [2023] FedCFamC1A 23 (13 March 2023)

FAMILY COURT HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN BY THE NEWETT JUDGMENT. ALL ORDERS HAVE BEEN DECLARED INVALID.
Go and pick up your kids!

The Full Court of the Family Court (FCFCOA*) set a new precedent allowing Judges to hand Children unsupervised to Paedophiles, Violent Men and Coercive Controllers; but at the same time... they also claim at [43(c)] Judges have "no authority over Children", therefore ALL ORDERS regarding Children have been made in Excess of Jurisdiction and are INVALID. Parents can go and pick up their Children as a result with no recourse by any person. Pursuant to Stradford v Vasta1 - the Newett precedent allows all Australians to sue Judges who have removed Children from any parent.

The High Court and Attorney General, Mr Mark Dreyfus so far refuse to intervene and have been trying to avoid this matter since 2020/21.

*FCFCOA = Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Divisions 1 and 2.
