Why We Exist

FLAG was formed by Family Law litigants in 2019 due to frequent reports of children being left in the care of abusive individuals (usually Men) resulting in serious Child harm.

Our group works to bring attention to the injustices being experienced by Victims and their Children in the Family Law System.

We will highlight and demonstrate the HIGHLY SOPHISTICATED METHOD lawyers have implemented and tested over a long period of time to make sure Children are strategically removed from very capable, healthy and protective Mothers, and are handed to criminals, perpetrators of abuse and child sex offenders. This likely involves significant payments to unknown parties facilitated by lawyers (Judicial Corruption), and these Child Removals happen on a DAILY BASIS. We call this a JUDICIAL KIDNAP.

We will name the Firms, Lawyers, Barristers, Judges, Medical Practitioners, Family Report Writers, Police, Child Safety Staff, Politicians and Ministers who enable this practice, refuse to investigate or intervene, and ignore all evidence of serious Child Harm to allow Children to be assaulted, raped and psychologically abused by Brain Injured, Personality Disordered, Mentally Ill, and/or Coercively Controlling Abusers.

How we're making
a difference

The Family Law Action Group (FLAG) was established by a group of Family Law self-represented litigants in 2019 in response to frequent (almost daily) reports from victims of the Family Law System.

Every day, children are still being left in the care of individuals who have a history of violence, sexual abuse towards children, personality disorders, and controlling behaviour. This can lead to unspeakable harm to these innocent children, and it's important that we work together to prevent it from happening.
