Advocating for Victims
in the Family Court System
Our goal is to raise awareness about the flaws in the Family Court, Police, Child Safety, and Government systems, and advocate for fundamental rights of Victims and Children.
Judges routinely ignore, suppress and dismiss evidence of Family Violence, Coercive Control, severe Personality Disorders and Child Sexual Abuse, and hand Children to Perpetrators of horrific abuse and serious crimes. We show you the Evidence from Court Proceedings that is not seen by the Public, without breaking the Gag Laws, so you can be the Judge of what the Courts and Authorities have done to Victims and Children - and HELP US FIGHT TO CHANGE IT.
Every victim has the fundamental right to leave abusive partners and protect their children from harm. It is the responsibility of the courts to ensure that (primarily*) Women and Children are not placed at any further risk of abuse, violence, or harm.
*Australian Statistics procured in statistically significant studies by ABS demonstrate Women to be the primary victims of Family Violence. Personal Safety, Australia, 2021-22 financial year | Australian Bureau of Statistics (abs.gov.au)
"We allow victims to have a voice and tell their story"
Tell your storyWhy we Exist
The Family Law Action Group (FLAG) was established by a group of Family Law self-represented litigants in 2019 in response to frequent (almost daily) reports from victims of the Family Law System who had their Children removed for no reason, where the evidence shows the Children being given to Perpetrators of Violence, Controlling Behaviours and likely Child Sexual Abuse.
Every day, children are still being left in the care of individuals who have a history of violence, sexual abuse towards children, personality disorders, and controlling behaviour. This can lead to unspeakable harm to these innocent children, and it's important that we work together to prevent it from happening.
Important Cases
The Importance of the
Mother-Child Relationship
The emotional bond between a Mother and Child is like no other and cannot be replicated by men or replacement parents.
This is true of the entire animal kingdom and applies equally to humans. Children require their Mothers to raise and develop them {wherever it is safe to do so}. A Mother who is protecting her children from Toxic Masculinity, Violence, Abuse or Coercive Control should never be crucified by Courts and Authorities. Courts are wrongfully deeming "protective Mothers" as being emotionally abusive of the Children, just by raising and pressing the issue of Father's violence and abuse against themselves and their Children.
